افزار نتیجه یک سال زحمت من و دیگر همکاران در مجتمع پارازیت است و امروز به مناسبت
نیمه شعبان تولد حضرت مهدی نسخه یک ایم نرم افزار را منتشر کردیم و در مناسبت های
بعدی نسخه ۲ و در نهایت نسخه نهایی آن که نسخه مطابق نیاز مشتری است منتشر می کنیم
این نرم افزار یک نرم افزار کد باز تحت وب است و شما می توانید به راحتی سیستم کاری
آن را متحول کنید این در واقع این نرم افزار به صورت یک کد به شما داده می شود و
تمامی فایلهای آن در دامنه ما هستند حجم این نرم افزار 190 bytes است و نیاز به
دانلود آن نیست شما می توانید آن را در وبگاه خود و در جای مناسب با ابعاد دلخواه
قرار دهید این نرم افزار با حدودا تمام مرورگر ها سازگار است علارقم نقایص زیاد این

اسکریپت به صورت اتفاقی یکی از سوره های قرآن را انتخاب می کند و سپس ترجمه فارسی
آن را به نمایش در می آورد

همین حالا که ساعت نزدیک به 2 بامداد قرار دارد فریاد شادی سردادیم و همه اهل خانه بی خواب کردیم و واگر اشک شوق نریختیم به خاطر هبوتی بود که تار و پودمان را فراگرفته بود این خبر به حدی ما مبهوت کرد که تا 5 دقیقه از اتفاقات اطرافمان بی خبر بودیم پس از سالها انتظار براي مجاز شنيدن
صداي محسن چاوشي اخبار غريب الوقوع بودن شکفتن شاخه هاي نيلوفر محسن به
گوشمان ميرسد. گويا قرار است کساني که براي شنيدن يک شاخه نيلوفر لحظه
شماري ميکنند آن روي سکه را هم ببينند.

قدرت نه گفتن قاطعيت، توانايي نشان دادن احساسات، عقايد، افکار و نيازهاي خود بطور مستقيم، آشکار و صادقانه است، در حاليکه ارزش ها و قوانين ديگران مورد حمله قرار نگيرد. قاطعيت به معناي ايستادن روي خواسته هاي خود، نشان دادن مخالفت و عدم موافقت با پديده اي و ماندن روي نيازهاي خود بصورت واضح و مشخص است. در قاطعيت تأکيد روي آن است که شما چه احساسي داريد و در نتيجه بايد دنبال يک راه مثبت براي نشان دادن و بروز آن بگرديد، تا اينکه بخواهيد با پرخاشگري و عصبانيت عمل کنيد. به نظر مي رسد خيلي از افراد قاطعيت را با رفتارهاي پرخاشگرانه و تند اشتباه مي گيرند. قاطعيت به معناي پرخاشگري، عصبانيت و حمله کردن به طرف مقابل نيست، چرا که در اين وضعيت ما به قوانين ديگران احترام نمي گذاريم و به احساس طرف مقابلمان بي توجه هستيم و اين ذهنيت را براي رسيدن به هدف خود انتخاب کرده ايم که: « من پيروز شدم، تو شکست خوردي.» افرادي که اينگونه عمل ميکنند، در واقع ميخواهند روي خواستهي خود بايستند، اما متوجه نيستند که چه اثري روي ديگران گذاشتهاند. برخوردهايي اين چنين مانع از شکلگيري روابط بين فردي نزديک و مبتني بر اعتماد و مراقبت ميگردد. از سوي ديگر پاسخ ما در مقابل خواستهها و نظرات ديگران نبايد يک پاسخ انفعالي باشد چرا که در اين مورد گويي هيچ عملي رخ نداده است و هيچ تصميمي گرفته نشده است. افرادي که منفعل عمل ميکنند روي خواستههاي خود نميايستند، ميترسند تا ديگران را از خود بيازارند، آنها با بروز خشم و نارضايتي خود مشکل دارند و معمولاً احساسات خود را انکار و يا مهار ميکنند. چگونه ميتوانيم اين مهارت را در خود افزايش دهيم؟ 1- در ابتدا مشخص کنيم که چه ميخواهيم بگوييم؟ «بلي» يا «نه» . اگر مطمئن نيستيم که چه تصميمي ميخواهيم بگيريم، بگوييم: لازم است مدتي فکر کنم و بگوييم که چه وقت به او پاسخ خواهيم داد. 2- نسبت به احساسات، نيازها، عقايد و نظرات خودمان، صادق و رو راست باشيم و آنها را بشناسيم. 3- درخواستهاي منطقي خود را مشخص، به طور مستقيم بدون شرمندگي و محکم بيان کنيم. 4- تا جايي که امکان دارد بطور خلاصه دليل خود را براي مخالفت بگوييم اما از دادن توضيحات زياد خودداري کنيم. 5- اگر کاملاً متوجه خواسته و پيام طرف مقابلمان نشديم، براي روشن شدن موضوع سؤال کنيم و توضيح بخواهيم. 6- مسئول بودن راجع به رفتار خودمان، به ما اين فرصت را ميدهد که احساس خوبي راجع به خود داشته باشيم. 7- اجازه ندهيم که دوستان، همکلاسيها و اطرافيان ما، رفتارها، عقايد و ارزشهاي خود را به ما تحميل کنند، در عوض به آنها اين فرصت را بدهيم تا بدانند ما چه فکر و چه احساسي داريم؟ و چه ميخواهيم؟ 8- از کلمهي «نه» استفاده کنيم و ممکن است لازم باشد در صورت انتخاب آن يک توضيحي نيز برآن بدهيم. 9- وقتي کاري را نميخواهيم انجام بدهيم، بگوييم «نه» تا اينکه بگوييم: «... خوب ميداني، آخه من اينطور فکر نميکنم...» چراکه اين پاسخ نشانهي ترديد ماست تا قاطعيت. 10- بهتر است به جاي عبارت «من نميتوانم ...» يا «من نبايد ...» از عبارت «من تصميم دارم که اين کار را نکنم» يا «من نميخواهم ...» در بيان مخالفت خود استفاده کنيم. 11- اگر طرف مقابل ما پس از هربار «نه گفتن» ما باز اصرار بر خواسته خود دارد، سکوت کنيم يا موضوع بحث را عوض کنيم يا حتي ميتوانيم مکالمه را قطع کرده و محل را ترک کنيم. 12- به قوانين ديگران اهميت و احترام قائل ميشويم و آنها را بشناسيم. 13- ميتوانيم احساس شخصي را که خواستهي او را رد کردهايم، بيان کنيم تا به او بفهمانيم که متوجه شرايط او هستيم؛ مانند: «من ميدانم که اين تو را ناراحت ميکند، اما من ...». 14- از امتنان خود احساس گناه نکنيم، اين وظيفه ما نيست که مشکلات ديگران را حل کنيم. 15- اگر با تقاضاي اوليه فرد، موافق نيستيم اما مايل هستيم به او کمک کنيم، ميتوانيم بطور مثال بگوييم: من نميتوانم تمام عصر را بمانم و به تو کمک کنم، اما ميتوانم دو ساعت بمانم. 16- ما اين حق را داريم که عقيدهي خود را عوض کنيم و به تقاضايي که در ابتدا پاسخ مثبت دادهايم، حالا پاسخ منفي بدهيم. براي نشان دادن احساس عصبانيت و ناراحتي خود از ضمير «من» و «ما» استفاده کنيم و بگوئيم: من خيلي ناراحت ميشوم وقتي به نظر من توجه نميکنيد. 17- در هنگام ارتباط با ديگران از وضعيت بدني و تُن صداي مناسب استفاده کنيم؛ مثلاً تُن ضعيف حالت ترس، ترديد و انفعال را در ما نشان ميدهد و طرف مقابل را براي درخواستهاي غير منطقياش بيپرواتر ميکند، 18- از ژست و حالات بدن خود ميتوانيم براي تأکيد آنچه گفتهايم استفاده کنيم. 19- در مورد تقاضاي خودمان: اگر طرف مقابل بار اول پاسخ منفي به تقاضاي ما داد، آن را تکرار کنيم و خيلي زود از خواستهي خود با اولين پاسخ منفي نگذريم.
